Reeney’s Road to the 2008 Democratic National Convention

Democrats,
It is not often we get an opportunity to support one of our own for an elected position, but now we do. Our immediate past-chairperson, Reeney Adams, is working to be a delegate representing the 1st Congressional District at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado this summer. I can’t think of anyone I’d rather have representing Camden County at the convention, primarily because of Reeney’s dedication to the Democratic Party, and the enthusiasm she brings to any position she takes on. Please read her resume and her reasons why she feels she is so well suited to be a delegate. She has agreed that when she is elected, she will be our eyes and ears in Denver through her blog she will operate through the www.CamdenDemocrats.org website. The most pressing need she has is for as many Camden Dems as possible to accompany her to Waycross for the District election on April 19. Call Reeney or her campaign manager, Linda Victory, to let them know you are ready to support Reeney in this wonderful endeavor. They will include you in the carpooling arrangements and tell you all you need to know about what will go on at the election.

Let’s really get behind Reeney and send her to Colorado for the convention! It looks like this will be a lot more important than any of us could have imagined just a few short weeks ago. Call her right now!!
